Wow, we are really drawing close to the end here, only 3 more weeks left till the end of the school year.  Everyday I reflect on what an awesome experience we have had this year and how much I have watched each student grow, mature, and gain a greater sense of ownership over their education.  I'm so proud of all of you.  We are witnessing you come into your own and that is a great joy to a mom especially but also to teachers.  Like Mrs. Tracie said recently, lets finish strong!

High School

Spanish -  read pp. 153-158 and do exercise 10.2

W. History - Read chapters 141, 143 and 145.

W. LiteratureRead chapters 4-6 of Animal Farm or 1-6 if you are behind.  Jonathan and Jesse come up with 4 discussion questions each to lead a discussion on the book. Questions can pertain to the book or the general subject.  Complete the vocabulary words written on the board.  

BiologyWe will step back into Module 15.  Jonathan and Jesse can read half of Module 15 and prepare for a plant dissection next week.

Anatomy-   I will be sending you vocabulary to study for quiz, but you could look through the modules to study them also. Please check your emails for the vocabulary. 
 
Economics Homework will be emailed.  Please be checking emails for economics homework as well.  


Middle School

Latin:  Read lesson 21 pgs 56-57

Science:   We will begin Module 10 -- our last module of the year -- so students should read the entire module and be prepared to discuss the five-kingdom system.  Rebecca will facilitate Experiment 10.1 (Part 1 and Part 2) next week.  Let's finish strong!

IEWComplete 2nd draft, adding in dress ups, sentence openers and decorations.  PLEASE MARK THEM! Also include some synonyms we listed on the board. Create a dramatic opener and closing (use the worksheet to help you think of ideas).  Bring it to share next week.

Note:  Next weeks lunch menu will be hamburgers and french fries.  We will send out an email with more details about what is needed. Be looking for that but most likely each family will need to bring their own patties as last time.
